Real Estate SEO: Lead Generation & Rankings

For a real estate client in USA, we performed SEO and Social Media Marketing services. The aim was to generate leads for Property Management Services, Residential Real Estate Selling and Buying, etc.

Observations:

  • Client had a basic website with very less content and the services were not appropriately mentioned on the portal.
  • The website lacked local touch.
  • Google MyBusiness Listing was not claimed.
  • Client services multiple locations. The content and website structure was not appropriate to target locations for Search Engines.

  • Increased brand awareness on Facebook and Instagram to target upcoming projects and client’s services in the region.
